For each of the categories above, pick at least one activity or strategy that you can undertake. The idea is to create a self-care plan that’s holistic and unique to you:

  • Create a self-care plan template.
  • Fill your self-care plan with activities that you find enjoyable and that support your well-being and happiness.
  • Keep your self-care plan in a place where you can see it everyday.
  • Adhere to your plan strictly.

Over to You

Once you have created your self-care plan, it is important to ask yourself what are the possible things that can get in your way and how you can remove them. If you can’t remove the barriers, what tweaks can you do to your current strategy? Don’t hesitate to make changes as needed. Soon enough, you will be able to create a strategy that will help you create a more balanced life.
