Use creative visualization 

While doing creative visualisation alone won’t magically improve your relationship, it can produce powerful results when you do it with your significant other.

However, for the record, creative visualisation is deemed highly effective regardless if you do it alone or with your significant other.

When doing creative visualization, pick a time of the day when you feel most relaxed and receptive.

Spend at least 5 to 30 minutes vividly visualising how you want the relationship to be.

You can also use your visualisation time to fix specific issues you may have at the moment.

Recite affirmations before you spend time with your significant other

Affirmations have been known to be effective for those who want to transform their mindsets and cultivate positive beliefs and emotions.

Affirmations can also be used to help you focus on the positive aspects of your relationship.

You can recite affirmations together or you can do it before spending time with your partner.

Let’s say you argue constantly and you would like that you get along beautifully.

In similar cases, you can repeatedly affirm “I am understanding, loving, and compassionate to my significant other.”

If you will go out on a date, you can use affirmations to ensure everything will turn out how you want it to.

It is also a good idea to face a mirror when reciting your affirmations.

This can make the practice more powerful.

You can say something like, “I am a loveable and loving person and we are going to have a memorable and amazing night.”

Keep a journal

You can help create your dream relationship by putting what you want into writing.

In line with this, start by meticulously describing how you want your relationship to turn out. 

You can also put into writing the images or scenes you think about when you visualise. 

As you write down what your ideal relationship is like, it would also be a good idea to think about all the amazing times you have had with your partner.

This will help you focus on what you want and the amazing times you’ve had with your significant other.

In addition, as you sharpen your focus on the positive things, you will be able to make the Law of Attraction even more powerful.

Also, each time you worry about how your relationship will turn out, turn to your journal to remind you where you want to take your relationship.
