Your Powerful Imagination


One of the best teachers on how to use your imagination was Neville Goddard. He made the point that from the practical perspective, every creation of man was once just a thought – a vision. He also made the correlation between how using your imagination is just like being like God – you are that powerful was his assertion.

Your imagination can be used to create perfect health through immersive visualization.

Let’s cover that next.

Visualize Your Perfect Health Scene

In order to visualize properly, what you need to do is immerse yourself in to the visualization. In other words, put yourself into the scene. See the scene through your own eyes and not from a spectator position.

The goal here is to change your state of being. What this means is that you are going to change the way you see yourself from being unhealthy to having perfect health. The idea is to visualize it so clearly that it seems like your new reality, even in your conscious state of mind.

Imagine A Healthier You

Health Meditation Using the Law Of Attraction.

Sit in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for the next 5 to 10 minutes. Slowly close your eyes.

Next, take a deep breath in hold it for a count of 3 and let it out. Do this breathing for 2 more Times.

Take a deep breath in, hold it for a count of 3, and then let it out. Do it one more time.

Take a deep breath in, hold it for a count of 3 and then let it out. Next, starting from the number 50, count all the way back to number 1 slowly. By the time you get to number one you should be feeling very relaxed.

Now, imagine that you are standing before a close relative who you haven’t seen for a while. See the scene through your own eyes in as much detail as you possibly can.

Imagine that this relative of yours is super impressed with how great you now look. See the complimenting you on how great you now look.
See this person saying to you “You look fantastic! What have you been doing?”

Embrace and embellish the scene and the wonderful feeling that you get upon hearing the compliment. Then, see yourself saying something in recognition of the compliment.  Carry on with this scene for a minute.

Or if you so prefer, create your own scene that would be even more effective at making you feel really, really good about your body and your health.

After you have spent a few minutes in this space of feeling really good about your health, milk the feeling is much as possible.
And when you are ready, slowly come back to the room, open your eyes and do your best to keep feeling that feeling that you created.

Health Affirmations

Another beneficial thing that you can do for yourself is to say affirmations regarding your health. Do this at a time when you are already feeling good about yourself. Don’t try to use these affirmations if you’re feeling lousy about yourself. If that’s the case, do something else like take a nap, or take a walk – anything to get your mind distracted from the negative feeling.

After making sure that you’re already feeling pretty good about yourself, say the following. Out loud is best but quietly to yourself is good too.

  • I am healthy.
  • I have perfect health.
  • I am in perfect health.
  • I love my body.
  • I love how it looks.
  • I love how I feel.
  • I love every cell of my body.
  • I enjoy this body.
  • I am healthy in Body Mind and Spirit.
  • My body responds to my thoughts and feelings.
  • My body is super intelligent and knows how to heal itself.
  • My body knows how to heal itself easily and effortlessly.
  • I love my body and my body loves me.

When you fully understand who you really are and the power that you have within yourself to create your own reality, then you start to see how much control you have over your destiny and your life.
