Manifesting a Job: 5 Easy Steps

Do you want to manifest a job? While it can seem like something that’s beyond your reach right now, it is reassuring to know you have the power to manifest your dream job.

However, you need to align yourself with your desires first to make it happen.

As cliche as it may sound, the universe indeed is always conspiring to give you what you want.

Yes, your dream job is included!

How to Manifest a New Job

1: Be Grateful

Whatever it is that you want to manifest, you won’t be able to bring it to life if you don’t align yourself with a vibration of abundance rather than lack.

This means you need to focus your attention on what you already have rather than on what you lack.

That said, if you want to manifest a new job, you have to look for things to be grateful for with your current job.

Be thankful for the opportunities your current job has given you.

It would help if you can also list down things that inspire gratitude at work each day.

If you are currently unemployed, look into the great things about having some downtime.

Use the time period to achieve something that can add to your skills.

You can also work on other things you need to become a better person overall.

2: Determine the Job You Really Want

To manifest your dream job, you need to know what it is that you really want to begin with.

Even if you think you already have a clear idea of the job you want, it would be best to set aside time to reflect it’s the job you really want.

In addition, it would also help if you make a list of specific things you want from the job.

You can start by listing down what you don’t want (i.e., I don’t like working 70-80 hours a week) and flip the negatives into positives (i.e., I want to work only 40 hours a week).

3: Remove Limiting Beliefs

If you are struggling to manifest a job offer, it is likely that some limiting beliefs are holding you back.

Limiting beliefs are underlying assumptions that are held in the subconscious that hinder you from vibrating on the frequency of the job you want to attract.

In the case of your dream job, limiting beliefs might come in the form of what you think you deserve, your assumed limitations, etc.

These limiting beliefs need to be replaced if you want to make the Law of Attraction work for you.

Write your limiting beliefs down and determine where they are coming from.

For instance, you might think you are not good with people. This belief can be traced back to when you were bullied in school.

Write a replacement for each belief. For instance, to counter the statement that you are not good with people, you can write down, “I can effectively work with any kind of people.”

4: Be Observant of Signs

It’s crucial to be open-minded about indications that you have found the right job.

At times, if the job opportunity is not what you are looking for, it might just lead you to the job you really want.

When working with the Law of Attraction, the universe can provide signs that can come in many forms.

For instance, be mindful of surprising invitations you might get or rare chances to attend networking events.

5: Manifesting a Job Offer

Attracting that job offer will also require concrete practical steps from you.

One of the most empowering things you can do is to create a list of what you can do to get from where you are to your new career.

Start by listing down steps you can take and break them down into smaller and more achievable goals.

For instance, if you want to enhance your CV, you can work on doing some volunteer work, write a guest contribution for a blog post in your niche, etc.

Once you have taken care of steps one to five, you can move forward by actively applying for jobs.

Get into the right frame of mind, stay positive, and believe that it would only be a matter of time until you’ll attract that job you have always wanted and manifest career success.
