Mastering the Law of Attraction Meditation

Whether you are new to the Law of Attraction or you have been practicing it for some time already, you are probably already aware that meditation is a very powerful manifestation tool.

The only problem with meditation is many people are unsure if they are doing it right.

Fortunately, this is what this article is for.

If you want to do the Law of Attraction meditation right, keep the following tips in mind:

Ideally, it would be best to spend 15 minutes for this meditation exercise so you will have sufficient time to work through all the required steps.

Step 1: Relax

Find a place that’s quiet and comfortable so nobody can disturb you. 

Don’t hesitate to experiment with different positions until you find one that you find relaxing.

For instance, many people like to sit in a chair, with palms on their lap and their feet flat on the floor—the idea is to do whatever it is that can help you calm and center yourself.

Putting on some soft instrumental music and lighting a scented candle might also help you get into the right mind frame.

Step 2: Focus

Narrow down your focus by focusing on your breathing.

Breathe in deeply, through your nose and out through your mouth.

Notice how your chest rises and falls.

Dismiss any intrusive thoughts you may have about your life or any current stresses.

Don’t beat yourself up for thinking of other things.

Instead, gently return your focus to your breathing.

Do at least 20 inhalations and exhalations.

Don’t hesitate to continue longer if you feel like you need more time to become more focused.

Step 3: Open Your Heart

For five minutes, repeat a phrase that will reinforce that your heart is open to the manifestation of all your desires.

For instance, you can say something like “I open my heart to everything that is possible. I am great and I bring all the desire to me.”

Regardless of what phrase you want to use, go with it as long as it resonates with you and makes you feel calmer, more empowered, and more positive.

You can also visualise your heart opening by imagining a glowing light at your center.

Step 4: Visualise Your Desires

Use your imagination to the fullest to vividly picture whatever it is that you want to attract. 

Use all your senses to build the image of you already having what you want.

For instance, if you are working on manifesting your dream lover, think how it would feel to hold them in your arms. 

What will they smell like?

How will they smile at you?

What will looking into their eyes be like?

Spend as much time creating the image you want.

Step 5: Embrace Gratitude

Nurture a deep feeling of gratitude by focusing on the things that you are thankful for and blessed with.

Who makes you feel thankful?

What are the things, circumstances, and opportunities you are thankful for?

The more you immerse yourself in the feeling of gratitude, the more you will attract more things to be thankful for.

Step 6: Manifest

Lastly, open your eyes and notice any shift in your perspective. 

From there, think about practical and concrete steps you can do to manifest what you want.

Then do what many Law of Attraction practitioners refer to as “living as if.”

In other words, act as if you already have whatever it is that you want to manifest. 

How would you act?

How would you carry yourself?

How would you spend your time?

Doing all these can move you a step closer to manifesting all that your heart desires.
