Scientists are starting to see the power that meditation and brainwaves has on the human body. Amazing and miraculous healings, for example, are starting to be recorded and documented because we now have the ability to measure brainwave states and see the correlation between brain coherence and physical well-being.
Dr. Joe Dispenza has started recording before and after brainwave states for his workshop attendees and they are seeing wonderful manifestation results.
In this article, you’re going to learn about how the brain works, different brainwave states, and how to use the right brainwaves for manifestation.
What are Brainwaves?
Your brain consists of billions of neurons. These neurons form different types of neural networks. The information between neurons and neural networks is shared through both chemical and electrical activity.
When the networks communicate with one another, they create brainwaves. These brainwaves are measured in hertz.
When the networks work well together, they are said to be “coherent.” When they are out of sync, they are said to be “incoherent.”
When you are stressed, angry, upset, anxious, depressed, and otherwise not feeling good, your brainwaves are incoherent – out of sync and not working well together. When you are feeling good, your brain is coherent.
The following information on brainwaves are categorized into many different brainwave states. Here they are:
Delta Waves (.5 TO 3 HZ)
Delta waves are the slowest brainwaves and are prevalent during deep sleep. But also, they can be created during deep meditation.
During this state, the body heals and regenerates itself. This is why it is so important to the healing process.
Theta Waves (3 TO 8 HZ)
Theta brainwaves are a little faster, and are accessible through deep meditation. This is the state right before you fall asleep.
This is the brainwave state that meditators wish to get to because it is in this state where intuition is heightened, including memory and learning.
As far as manifestation is concerned, this is the state of mind that Neville Goddard recommends that we get to in order to manifest what we want.
It’s that state where not only is our subconscious mind more susceptible to positive affirmations and statements, but also where we our vivid imagination plays with the Universe in a sort of creative dance.
It’s the best place to be for manifesting what you want.
Alpha Waves (8 TO 12 HZ)
Alpha brainwaves usually occur when you are relaxed, usually after some fairly active brain activity.
It’s a relaxed, calm, quietly pondering, slowing down from the beta state brainwave state.
It’s when the brain is resting. It’s also active during learning.
Beta Waves (12 TO 38 HZ)
Beta brainwaves are higher states where we are alert and engaged in our normal, conscious life.
It is used for problem solving and decision making. But it’s not the range for meditation.
Beta brainwaves are present in our normal waking state of consciousness.
Gamma Waves (38 TO 42 HZ)
Gamma brainwaves are the fastest of them all and is actually so fast that neurons are not capable of keeping up with them. This is still somewhat a mystery to scientists.
It is highly active when highly advanced meditators are able to focus on compassion, empathy, unconditional love and the higher levels of consciousness.
Guided Manifestation Using Brainwaves
It’s good to understand the brainwave states, but it’s even better to simply know that the more that you can slow your brainwaves down AND THEN imagine and visualize, the better.
That’s all that matters really for a successful manifestation meditation.
The best guided meditation, visualization process there is comes from the teachings from Neville Goddard.
The best time possible to imagine your reality into existence is when you are in that powerful, theta brainwave state just before sleep.
There are guided meditations using Neville Goddard examples of his work which you can use too.
Before you do any meditation, think of just one thing that you want to manifest. It could be a new house, a new car, or a feeling such as the feeling of more freedom in your life.
In addition, one of the things Neville teaches too is to re-write or re-script your day. What that means is to review the last 24 hours of your day, figure out what you didn’t want, and then re-write it in your mind with what you do want.
It’s almost like you’re re-writing your history from a feeling perspective, because it’s not good to hold on to negative memories from your past.
It’s an exciting time to be alive because we are now starting to see that scientifically, meditation truly can help anybody to heal from nearly anything. But also, when you get into the slower brainwave states like theta, that is the best time to imagine what it is that you want.
It’s the doorway to your new reality.
All you have to do is to relax, use meditation and brainwaves, to create and know that the life you’ve always wanted to live awaits you.
