Want to Do a Law of Attraction Meditation? Here’s Your Quick and Easy Guide

Regardless if you have been practicing the law of attraction for some time or are a beginner still finding your way around it, you are probably well aware of meditation and its massive role if you want to manifest anything. 

While there’s no shortage of books and articles about meditation, most fail to truly show how to use it properly or adapt it to various goals. Consequently, if you’re like many people, it is likely that you are not practicing meditation accordingly.

How Manifestation Meditation Works

Basically, vibrational frequency is one of the primary focuses of any successful law of attraction work. So if you’re sad, negative, or pessimistic, your vibration is exceptionally low and you attract very little. 

On the other hand, if you’re focused, happy, and confident, your vibration is high and you draw similarly vibrating things back to you. This can include supportive people and amazing things and opportunities.

While unknown to many, manifestation meditation is one of the best ways to raise your vibration. When you put energy into a meditation where you visualize what you want to manifest, your vibration will align with your goals. Doing so can help you attain (and retain) the mindset that can help you get what you want.

Law of Attraction Meditation: Your Quick Guide

If you are not using one yet, here’s a basic manifestation meditation technique you can try. Set aside at least 15 minutes each day to do this task and make sure you work through all the steps laid out below.

Step 1: Relax

Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Don’t shy away from experimenting with different positions until you find a position you find very relaxing. Many people prefer to sit in a chair, with their feet flat on the floor and their palms on their lap.

The idea is to find whatever can help you calm down and stay focused and centered. Some also find lighting a scented candle or playing some soft and instrumental music can help get them in the right frame of mind.

Step 2: Focus

Narrow down your focus by concentrating on your breathing. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. Make sure also to breathe deeply. Be mindful of how the chest falls and rises. Dismiss any intrusive thoughts about current stresses or concerns.

Make sure you don’t judge yourself for distractions. On the contrary, gently return your attention to your breathing. Count at least 20 exhalations and inhalations. You can do more if you need more time to become focused.

Step 3: Open Your Heart

Repeat a phrase that reinforces that you are open to all you can achieve for at least 5 minutes. For instance, you might say, “I open my heart to all possible and bring amazing things toward me.”

It does not matter what phrase you use. The idea is you find one that can make you feel calm, positive, and empowered. You can also visualize your heart opening. Imagining a glowing light at the center of your heart is also a good visualization.

Step 4: Visualize Your Desires

Use your imagination to the fullest to vividly imagine whatever it is that you would like to attract. Use all your senses to create the image. For instance, say you are working on manifesting love; clearly imagine how it feels to hold your significant other in your arms.

What does your lover smell like? What does their laugh sound like? What does their skin feel like? What is it like to look into their eyes? Spend as much time as you can building, creating, and inhabiting the scenario you have created.

Step 5: Embrace Your Gratitude

Feel deep gratitude by focusing on what inspires you to be thankful. What and who makes you feel thankful? Imagine the things you already have and the things you have achieved and really tune in to the grateful feeling.

The more you immerse yourself in the feelings of positivity and abundance, the more you will be able to attract positivity and abundance into your life. Embracing your gratitude is an exercise you can incorporate into your meditation practice to make it even more powerful.

Step 6: Manifest

Lastly, open your eyes and feel the shift in your perspective. From there, take practical and concrete steps to manifest whatever you want. You can do what many laws of attraction experts call “living as if.” 

In other words, you approach each day like you already have what you want. Given that you already have what you want, how will you act? How will you spend your time? What will you wear? 

Meditation for Manifesting Money

After doing the basic meditation technique mentioned above, change the visualization part and focus primarily on money as it is what you would like to attract. After you have done your deep breathing and have opened your heart, imagine holding bundles of cash in your hand.

Feel the texture of the notes in your hands. Imagine smelling them. Add as much detail as you possibly can using all your senses. You can also imagine going to the ATM machine and withdrawing huge sums of money. 

Add more power to your visualization by including a step where you are spending money yet still have plenty left. Imagine what it would feel like to have millions in your savings account. What does your life look like? What are the things that you own? Be specific and be vivid and take it from there.

Meditation for Manifesting Health

Once you have done the basic mediation and are focused, you can start working on your health visualization. Start with a body scan. In other words, notice every part of your body, starting from your head to your toe. Which parts of your body are tense and in pain? Which parts feel loose and relaxed?

Once you have built up a detailed awareness of your body, focus on the part (or parts) you want to be in the best shape. Imagine the part you would like to improve and cure holding black and dark energy representing disease and pain. 

Then imagine the dark and black energy being washed away by this bright energy that enters your body and heals everything in its path. Imagine the healing energy dissolving any blackness and leaving radiant light in its path. You can use the same visualization for different areas and everything, from minor health concerns to chronic conditions.

Meditation for Manifesting Love

There’s no shortage of powerful techniques you can use to draw love toward you. Once you have done the basic meditation taught earlier, start your love meditation by imagining your dream partner

Imagine what it feels like to share your life with them. Make your meditation more potent by imagining yourself being surrounded by a bright light that represents love. Picture it shimmering and glowing and warming each of your bodies.

Imagine what it would be like to find that dream partner and spend time with them. Finally, imagine a magnetic pull that attracts your dream lover to you. This meditation technique can also help you attract deep friendships aside from romance.
