Step #01: Set time aside to write your manifestation list

When you work on your manifestation list, it is essential to make sure there are no distractions and disturbances. This can help ensure your train of thought is not disrupted and you can list as many as you possibly can.

It would also be good if you meditate for at least 5 to 10 minutes before writing down your manifestation list. Meditating can help calm your mind down and bring more clarity to the process.

It would also help if you put on soothing music, soft lighting, and scented candles to set the mood. The calmer your mind, the easier it will be for you to focus and get better results from the activity.

Step #02: Write your thoughts down

Think about what you really want. Write down all the desires that come to your mind without censoring or editing them. If you are new to the practice, you might find this task challenging. However, you will get the hang of the process as you go along.

Expect some thoughts and ideas to come across as muddled or mixed up. However, do not worry about it. Don’t worry about censoring or editing your thoughts just yet. All you have to be concerned about at this point is writing whatever comes to mind.

Step #03: Revisit Your Thoughts

Once the session is over, go over the list you have created. Visit your list daily and make changes you deem fit. As your priorities change, what you have written the first time around might no longer resonate with you as much.

Revising your thoughts can also help eliminate the whims and trivial wishes. Ultimately, expect the list to dramatically shrink in size. Once you have your desires down to a handful, it’s time to work on manifesting them one by one.
